Crèmerie

Crèmerie is a restaurant and wine bar in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, one of Paris’s lively central neighbourhoods. Warm surroundings and fresh produce create a relaxed setting for French and European flavours. Stracciatella di bufala arrives with rocket, figs and cherry tomatoes, while prosciutto di San Daniele and twenty-four-month Comté build a generous cheeseboard.

The menu also brings together croque Saint-Germain with truffled ham and Morbier, plus beef tartare made entirely from French Blonde d’Aquitaine beef. Organic and biodynamic wines come from Burgundy, the Loire and the Rhône, alongside bottles from other regions. Small producers in France, Italy, Spain and Scotland supply ingredients from sustainable agriculture. One plate can therefore move from creamy buffalo cheese to aged Comté, with a regional wine beside it.
