Official tours and spots
You publish tours and spots yourselves, in your own words and under your town's name. The town that grew up beneath the castle is the one telling its story.
Your castle has watched over the town for centuries: its walls, its great hall, its gardens and the people who lived and worked there. On myTuur you tell that history yourselves, in official tours under your own name, at the places you choose.
On myTuur your town appears under its own name, and three things stay entirely in your hands.
You publish tours and spots yourselves, in your own words and under your town's name. The town that grew up beneath the castle is the one telling its story.
You decide where a story greets your visitors: at the gatehouse, in the great hall, or by the stage below the walls.
Visitors come in through your own branded QR codes: at the ticket window in the gatehouse, on the open-air theatre poster, at the foot of the castle path.
A castle lives on in the stories of the people who lived there: the lady of the house, the gardener, the scullery maid. On myTuur it stays your telling, and it meets each visitor right where it happened.
How grandad told it
Up on the curtain wall every summer fair, and the siege got a little longer every year.
How a visitor finds it today
On the same stretch of wall, in your own words, even on a grey Wednesday in February.
From the first blossom in the garden to carols in the great hall, your year has its own rhythm. The tours you publish are there for visitors in every season.
Visitors download myTuur for free on iPhone and Android before they reach the castle gate. The app needs iOS 17 or later on an iPhone.
Tours can be downloaded beforehand and keep working in the cellars, in the vaults under the great hall and up on the battlements.
The app's interface comes in twenty-one languages, so a visitor from far away can still find their way around it.
The first cities are already publishing theirs on myTuur. Tell us about your town, its castle and its places, and we will work out the way there together.
