Rosebottel Concept Store

Rosebottel Concept Store in Ulm forms part of a cocktail bar and lemonade manufactory with the same name. The name Rosebottel comes from the Dutch word for rosehip. Opened in 2012 by Hariolf Sproll, the bar combines classic American style with handmade cocktail craft. Its small manufactory produces spirits and drink essences from 100% natural ingredients. The team peels lemons, fills bottles, and applies labels by hand, while glass packaging supports short supply chains. Lemon, orange, cola, bitter lemon, and ginger ale appear among the essences. You can use these flavours in cocktails, tea, punch, baking, and cooking, giving the range several uses. The store also presents a curated selection of glassware and beautiful objects. Rosebottel makes a London Dry Gin with bay leaf, galangal, and rosehip in its flavour profile. Its drinks include the vermouth maan and the classic Italian cocktail Negroni. The Concept Store includes tasting and purchasing options for its handmade essences. Together, the products connect Ulm nightlife with a workshop for drinks, spirits, and small-batch production.
