Brammibal's Donuts
Brammibal’s Donuts is a vegan doughnut bakery and café from Berlin, with several locations across Berlin and Hamburg. Handmade doughnuts fill the display. You can sit with coffee or tea and choose plant-based flavours ranging from Boston Cream to Raspberry Pistachio.
Classic options include vanilla cream beneath dark chocolate ganache, while Choc Hazelnut Bomboloni carries chocolate hazelnut spread and chopped hazelnuts. Seasonal flavours change throughout the year. Baked cake doughnuts include S’mores, combining chocolate, caramel and torched meringue, while allergen information covers gluten, oats, almonds, pistachios and wheat.
The Strawberry Sprinkles charity programme directs part of each sale towards social and environmental organisations. Winter support includes Kältebus and Mitternachtsbus, which provide clothing, meals and medical care to people without shelter. For events, mini doughnuts, doughnut walls and letter-shaped pieces can spell messages from A to Z. A weekly run club adds a social thread.
