Schlössle

Schlössle stands in Neu-Ulm as a three-storey gabled building with corner turrets on its upper floor. Its original construction dates to 1552, while later alterations and additions shaped the building you see today.

Brewing has marked this place since 1690, and the Zoller family has owned it for more than 135 years. Their brewery became known for Swabian Märzen and craft beers including Strong Jack IPA and Chocolat Porter. Although brewing stopped for economic reasons, the gaststätte and beer garden continue serving beers from other breweries. Cosy dining rooms preserve the welcoming side of this long brewing tradition.

Look up at the upper storey, where the corner turrets give the historic façade its distinctive outline.
