Home of Fred is a café in Ulm focused on specialty coffee, quality, and sustainability. You find fair-trade beans, carefully roasted and brewed with Adonis, a traditional Italian espresso machine made by Victoria Arduino.
Ekaterine Goosmann discovered her passion for coffee in Vienna, then trained as a coffee sommelier, roast master, and barista. She created this welcoming space for people to meet, connect, and enjoy the finer details of coffee culture.
Compostable cups add a practical detail to the experience, while the name Fred reflects peace and kindness.
