Feldschlößchen Stammhaus
Feldschlößchen Stammhaus stands in Dresden inside the last surviving building of the original Feldschlößchen brewery. The restaurant combines brewery atmosphere, Saxon cooking, and wheelchair-accessible spaces.
Founded in 1838, the brewery building became a guesthouse in 1998 and gained a renewed interior in 2021. Regional ingredients shape dishes including Braumeisterschnitzel and crispy grilled pork knuckle, served alongside Feldschlößchen Pilsner, Naturtrübes Radler, and Rubin. The tower houses a three-floor beer museum with brewing equipment, photographs, and historic advertisements from Dresden and its surroundings. You can explore the exhibits independently or request a guided tour.
Two beer gardens provide 150 shaded seats for a glass outdoors. Magic dinner shows, murder mystery dinners, and private gatherings fill several event spaces for groups of 15 to 200 guests.
