Gustave Eiffel
ギュスターヴ・エッフェルは、パリのエッフェル塔の足元に立つブロンズ製の胸像です。アントワーヌ・ブールデルが制作し、高さ123センチメートルの像が石造りの台座に載っています。台座には「Eiffel / 1832–1923」と刻まれ、塔を見上げる場所で技師の姿を伝えます。
胸像はエッフェルの存命中、1900年頃に制作されましたが、記念碑として設置されたのは1929年です。1926年に結成された委員会が建立を進め、将軍フェリエがその活動を率いました。台座はオーギュスト・ペレとアンドレ・グラネが設計し、像はニース天文台のドームや自由の女神像の金属構造にも関わった仕事をたどらせます。五月婷婷
