De Zwaan

Westertoren rises among Zwolle’s tallest city-centre buildings and contains apartments and penthouses arranged across its upper levels. Pakhuis combines city villas with wide apartments.
Oostertoren has a double pointed roof, while Schans uses a slanted roof and includes homes with roof terraces. Aanloop marks the transition to a neighbouring residential area.
Meerpaal provides compact two-room apartments, while De Zwaan also offers larger homes and city villas for different households. Modern materials include facing brick, metal roofing and aluminium window frames.
Large windows, balconies, loggias and terraces bring sheltered outdoor space into homes across the development. Underfloor heating and heat pumps provide systems for indoor warmth and cooling.
A central communal garden creates a green, quiet setting above shared parking and bicycle spaces beneath the buildings. Zwolle’s shops, restaurants, museums and cultural venues lie near the development, while nature and roads beyond the city remain accessible. The water remains part of the setting.
