Mineralbad Berg

Mineralbad Berg sits in Stuttgart among parkland, combining 1950s character with pools filled by natural mineral water. Its L-shaped building contains an indoor pool and a movement pool beside a lake-like outdoor basin. Chlorine-free, carbonated water flows from six state-recognised healing springs into every pool. The outdoor water stays around 22 degrees Celsius, while the indoor pool offers warmer bathing.

A renovation completed in summer 2020 brought modern facilities into the historic setting without removing its distinctive atmosphere. Separate sauna areas provide two sweat cabins and relaxation spaces for each gender. Ramps and lifts connect all areas, while the ground-floor restaurant serves regional, healthy choices. Health and fitness courses use the movement pool, although the spa is designed more for adults than children. The outdoor pool’s natural temperature and lake-like form give the visit its clearest visual detail.
