Here is SG stands along Singapore’s Marina Bay promenade, where steel, wood, and the city skyline frame an interactive artwork. You can explore its sculptural forms beside the bay. Alvin Tan of Phunk, Veera Sekaran of Greenology, and Emily Sim of Superstructure created the piece together. Its letters S and G represent Singapore.
Sustainable choices shape both the design and construction, connecting the materials with environmental practice. The installation also carries a message of community. That idea became especially significant after the COVID-19 pandemic, when Singaporeans were encouraged to come together again. Marina Bay landmarks complete the setting around it. Its interactive design also makes the sculpture a popular spot for photographs.
