Théâtre du Cours

The Théâtre du Cours is a small theatre in Nice, offering around fifty seats for live performances. That size brings performers and audiences close together. Air conditioning keeps the compact room comfortable during Nice’s warmer months.

For more than twenty-five years, comedy, theatre and other live events have occupied this intimate venue. Programmes include stand-up, plays, children’s shows and adaptations. Artists also present original one-person performances, interactive humour, hypnosis and mentalist events. Julien Dray performed and directed Fils de Tube there.

That range lets adults seek an evening of laughter while families find performances suited to children. Local and visiting artists meet audiences at close range. Some solo performances centre on personal stories and sharing with audiences. The result is a friendly setting for discovering live entertainment in Nice, with each seat keeping the stage nearby.
