Allianz Riviera

Allianz Riviera stands in Nice as a multi-purpose stadium, centred on football and home matches for OGC Nice. Rugby games, concerts, congresses and seminars also use its spacious event setting. Its football stands hold 36,178 spectators, while concert arrangements can accommodate up to 44,624 people. Wheelchair access supports visitors across the venue. The stadium opened in September 2013, replacing Stade Municipal du Ray as OGC Nice’s home.

International sport has brought UEFA Euro 2016, the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup, the 2023 Rugby World Cup and the 2024 Summer Olympics here. The National Museum of Sport occupies part of the building, with French sporting history presented through exhibits and documents. Its collection covers around 50,000 exhibits and 200,000 documents. The museum adds a cultural dimension to match days and concerts.

Eco Valley surrounds a design that uses roughly 4,000 solar panels across 7,000 square metres. The eastern side includes a shopping street, while trams and buses connect the stadium with Nice. Forty-four VIP boxes provide private rooms for groups of 12 to 24 guests. The roofscape turns sunlight into energy above one of Nice’s largest gathering places.
