Simhallsbadet
Simhallsbadet is a municipal swimming complex in Sweden, centred on a regulation fifty-metre pool. Lane ropes divide the blue water, while tiled walls carry the rhythm of strokes, whistles and turning swimmers. Competitive training, children’s lessons, diving instruction and casual laps share the same working hall.
The local competitive club trains here, with swimmers and divers from its history reaching national and international success. Summer brings an intensive children’s school, with short daily lessons across ten days, while masters lanes and regular motionssimning sessions serve older and recreational swimmers. Morning lap swimming, seasonal operation and monthly passes support regular routines, and meets fill the pool with focused athletes, parents and sudden cheers.
At the edge, beginners learn to trust the water beside teenagers chasing personal bests and older swimmers keeping their rhythm. After training, selected sauna days in the shower rooms add warmth to the pool’s steady routine.

The myTuur app is free, and once you are standing at a spot its story starts by itself.
Spots like this one are the stops myTuur strings into tours through Malmö. In the app, each story begins where you stand: walk up to a spot and it starts, read it on screen or listen as you go, then follow the route to the next one.
