Malmö konsthall
Malmö konsthall is a contemporary art hall in Sweden, with vast white galleries, a glass façade and a roof-light opening. Daylight moves across the rooms.
Artists use this architecture as part of their work, combining projections, sound, film and sculpture with changing natural light. Olafur Eliasson has blurred daylight and artificial light here. Three to four exhibitions each year bring local and international artists, including Joan Jonas, Antony Gormley, Hans Peter Feldmann and Sandra Mujinga. Catherine Christer Hennix has made image and sound reverberate through the galleries.
A workshop, café and bookshop give the visit a practical, social side, while wheelchair access makes the building easier to explore. Swedish guided tours and an English audio guide add context. Pause beside a window and watch the light reshape the work in front of you.

The myTuur app is free, and once you are standing at a spot its story starts by itself.
Spots like this one are the stops myTuur strings into tours through Malmö. In the app, each story begins where you stand: walk up to a spot and it starts, read it on screen or listen as you go, then follow the route to the next one.
What is myTuur?
