Atelier Block 16
Atelier Block 16 is a creative space in Hanover, bringing together artists from varied backgrounds through exhibitions and shows. You find local and international work here.
The programme connects artistic collaboration with forms of expression spanning different perspectives and practices. “Mum & Dad” brought together international artists and included Jesús Gómez’s Reisfeld am Abend, created in 2023. Another project, Zeitlinien Block 16, presented Sollbruchstellenverursacher and Bruchstellen at Schloss Landestrost. Both works by Jesús Gómez date from 2023. Art Encounters featured Inés Lozano Palacio and Alireza Husseini, offering satirical, candid views of Paris beyond postcard glamour.
Zinnober also brought Shige Fujishiro and Dr. Pepa Salas Vilar to this artistic setting. Together, these names trace a space where Hanover meets international artistic viewpoints.

The myTuur app is free, and once you are standing at a spot its story starts by itself.
Spots like this one are the stops myTuur strings into tours through Hanover. In the app, each story begins where you stand: walk up to a spot and it starts, read it on screen or listen as you go, then follow the route to the next one.
What is myTuur?
