Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel Tower in Chandigarh is a replica set within Leisure Valley, in front of the Government Museum and Art Gallery. Sector 10 places it in a civic setting.

Students from Chandigarh College of Architecture created the structure as a tribute to a Bollywood film, An Evening in Paris. The students also performed characters from it.

Leisure Valley surrounds the replica with colourful flowers, green meadows, and space for walking, jogging, and social gatherings. Young people often meet among these gardens.

The Chandigarh Carnival provided the original setting for the tower’s construction and public role. Its design brings Parisian imagery to Chandigarh.

The spot connects the garden’s everyday activity with Chandigarh’s creative events and the architecture students who built the attraction. The Government Museum and Art Gallery stands directly opposite.

Together, the replica, gardens, and museum form a compact view of Chandigarh’s public culture and modern character.
