สะพานเฉลิมหล้า 56
Chaloem La 56 Bridge crosses the Saen Saep Canal along Phaya Thai Road in Bangkok, Thailand. It connects Thanon Phetchaburi in Ratchathewi with Wang Mai in Pathum Wan. Phaya Thai Road carries the crossing through a dense urban setting, directly beneath the Sukhumvit Line of the BTS Skytrain.
This crossing belongs to the Chaloem bridge series, alongside Chaloem Phan 53 and nearby Chaloem Lok 55. Only three bridges from the series remain in Bangkok. Bangkok registered it as an ancient monument in 1975, linking a working transport route with the city’s historical heritage. The Thai name Hua Chang means elephant’s head.
Along Phaya Thai Road, Chulalongkorn University, Triam Udom Suksa School, and Bangkok Art and Culture Centre add educational and cultural landmarks. The road also connects major intersections across Bangkok. The canal, skytrain, and Elephant’s Head nickname meet within one urban view.

The myTuur app is free, and once you are standing at a spot its story starts by itself.
Spots like this one are the stops myTuur strings into tours through Bangkok. In the app, each story begins where you stand: walk up to a spot and it starts, read it on screen or listen as you go, then follow the route to the next one.
What is myTuur?
myTuur is a free city-guide app. Its tours are built from spots, and each spot carries a story that starts when you get there, to read or to listen to as you like.
