Spaceboat
Spaceboat is a water slide inside Aquasplash in Antibes, part of the Marineland complex on the French Riviera. You ride a float through three winding loops in darkness, then enter a fourteen-metre-wide funnel where your speed carries you around the walls.
The ride suits teenagers and adults, with a minimum height of 120 centimetres and a maximum weight of 120 kilograms. Aquasplash adds more than twenty attractions and thirteen slides, including Rainbow Cannon, Draguero, Side Winder and Turbolance, alongside children’s areas, a lazy river, lagoons and shaded relaxation spaces.
The clearest image stays with the funnel: friction gradually slows your spinning until you slide towards its centre and leave the ride.
