Single point of contact under the Digital Services Act
Under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA) we operate a single point of contact. Authorities, the Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11 DSA) reach us through it, and so do the recipients of our services (Article 12 DSA).
Article 12(1) DSA provides that you, as a recipient, may choose between several means of communication and are not left with automated tools alone. You can therefore reach the point of contact by any of these routes — take whichever suits you:
- E-mail: security@mytuur.com
- Post: myTuur GmbH, Single Point of Contact, Münchner Straße 15, 89073 Ulm, Germany
- Phone: +49 7315504111-0
Your message is handled by people; we do not refer you to purely automated processing.
You can communicate with the point of contact in German and in English (the language statement required by Article 11(3) DSA for the authorities' point of contact; we give recipients the same undertaking).
Consumer dispute resolution under the VSBG
We take part in dispute resolution proceedings before the following consumer arbitration body:
Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes
(Federal Universal Arbitration Board)
Zentrum für Schlichtung e. V.
Straßburger Straße 8
77694 Kehl am Rhein, Germany
https://www.universalschlichtungsstelle.de
Arbitration presupposes that you have first tried to settle the matter with us directly. Please write to info@mytuur.com to do so.
