The OWO
The OWO, formerly known as the Old War Office, stands in Whitehall within the City of Westminster. Its restored interiors retain historic details from the Old War Office.
The building shaped twentieth-century British history through links with Churchill, Lord Haldane, and Ian Fleming. MI5 and MI6 also operated from the building during that century.
Several scenes from the James Bond films were filmed inside these historic walls. Raffles London at The OWO occupies the structure as a luxury hotel.
Its rooms and suites combine contemporary design with surviving architectural features. Restaurants and bars include Kioku by Endo, Paper Moon, and Langosteria.
Mauro Colagreco leads a dining concept, while the building also offers Mediterranean food, British afternoon tea, and Japanese rooftop dining. Its rooftop terrace offers panoramic views across London with Japanese dining and cocktails.
