In Vent
In Vent stojí na nádvoří Sparkasse Hannover v německém Hannoveru, kde vstupuje mezi architekturu a veřejný prostor. Robert Schad vytvořil tuto ocelovou sochu pro nádvoří sídla Sparkasse Hannover. Navzdory značnému množství kovu působí celek lehce, pohyblivě a téměř organicky. Statické prvky zde zpřítomňují vítr a pohyb, přestože se samy nehýbají.
Bývalá Kreissparkasse Hannover dílo objednala, aby obohatilo veřejné nádvoří svého hlavního sídla. Schad do kompozice přenesl zájem o tanec a choreografii, takže prostor připomíná rámec pro pohyb člověka. Instalace funguje jako přechodové místo i klidný střed uvnitř budovy. Její ocelová struktura zároveň zdůrazňuje průhlednost okolní architektury a vyplňuje místo bez možnosti celkového pohledu zvenčí. Pozorovatele přitahuje její střed, kde se nádvoří mění v soustředěný prostor setkání.
