Sathorn Unique Tower
Sathorn Unique Tower ngrihet në distriktin Sathon të Bangkokut, Tajlandë, si një rrokaqiell i papërfunduar. Projekti parashikonte një kullë luksoze banimi me dyzet e shtatë kate dhe gjashtëqind apartamente. Struktura e sotme ka dyzet e nëntë kate, përfshirë dy nivele nëntokësore, dhe lidhet me një parkim dhjetëkatësh. Rangsan Torsuwan e projektoi dhe e zhvilloi kullën, pasi kishte krijuar edhe ndërtesën motër State Tower. Ndërtimi nisi në vitin 1990 dhe u ndal gjatë krizës financiare aziatike të vitit 1997, kur projekti kishte arritur rreth tetëdhjetë për qind. Rënia e tregut të pasurive të paluajtshme dhe falimentimi i kompanive financuese e lanë ambientin e brendshëm pothuajse të paprekur. Sot, urbanistët eksplorues e njohin si një “kullë fantazmë”, megjithëse qasja zyrtarisht është e ndaluar. Besimet lokale e lidhin me një varrezë të dikurshme dhe me hijen që bie mbi Wat Yan Nawa. Kulla u shfaq edhe si vend xhirimi për filmin horror The Promise dhe priti një seminar të Museum Siam.
