The spot named ehemaliger Bahnhof Chausseehaus stands in Wiesbaden, Germany, beside the historic Aartalbahn route. Today, fences and greenery conceal much of the rebuilt site.
It began as a small three-track station, serving goods traffic and sending timber from the Taunus forest towards Wiesbaden. Visitors once used the area as a summer retreat near Schläferskopf. A splinter protection cell for railway staff remains visible at the site. War destruction led to rebuilding, while private ownership left the former station difficult to recognise. The former level crossing and station nameplate still mark its railway past.
