Église Protestante de la Résurrection

In Neuhof, France, the Église Protestante de la Résurrection presents a modern single-nave church with clear, practical lines. Its long rectangular form rises beneath a multi-sloped roof, while large rectangular windows bring daylight along both sides. A glass entrance porch opens onto a bright interior with little ornament. The flat eastern end reinforces the building’s restrained twentieth-century character.

Built during the twentieth century, the church serves the local Lutheran community through worship, gatherings, and parish activities. Its interior once held a small organ built by Ernest Muhleisen in 1968. Nine stops gave the instrument a modest musical voice during prayers and ceremonies. In 2015, another parish received the organ, leaving these walls quieter but still shaped by communal life. The generous windows remain the clearest detail, filling the simple space with light and an open atmosphere.
