Sant Jaume
Sant Jaume is a historic-building rehabilitation in Palma’s old town, creating four spacious residences in the city centre. Two homes are a duplex and a penthouse, both with outdoor terraces. Cobbled streets lead past boutiques, restaurants, galleries, and theatres towards Palma Cathedral and the Royal Palace of Almudaina.
Inside, the homes combine historic character with modern features including beam ceilings, a lift, and high-tech cabling. A screen room, home gym, rooftop terrace, outdoor kitchen, walk-in closet, and wine cellar add practical detail. The residences range from about 168 to 305 square metres, with layouts offering two or three bedrooms. Public transport connects the historic centre with Palma and the rest of Mallorca.

Three-bedroom, three-bathroom homes include the duplex and penthouse, while the first-floor residence has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A rooftop terrace places outdoor living above Palma’s preserved old-town fabric.
