Parco delle Delizie sits in Milan’s Giambellino district, bringing a broad green space into the middle of the city. Grassy slopes shape the landscape. Once abandoned, the area underwent restoration that cleared the grounds and added amenities for relaxation and recreation. The finished setting combines natural contours with carefully arranged terraces.
The terraces create several levels where you can walk, picnic, or pause away from Milan’s urban noise. Their green surfaces give the park a changing outlook across the gardens. At the far end, a romantic garden overlooks the railway line and creates a picturesque setting. From there, the city sounds seem to recede behind the gardens.
