Casa-museo Boschi Di Stefano

Casa-museo Boschi Di Stefano stands in Milan's Via Giorgio Jan, occupying the second floor of a building designed by architect Piero Portaluppi. Its corner structure pairs large glass windows with elegant Art Deco railings. Antonio Boschi and Marieda Di Stefano transformed their home into an art setting, keeping paintings, sculptures and drawings in its rooms. Their residence preserved the couple's domestic setting for the collection. The City of Milan received the collection as a donation, making the apartment a public museum.

It presents Italian art from early twentieth century through the Sixties, including works by Lucio Fontana, Giorgio Morandi and Giorgio de Chirico. The display includes paintings, sculptures and drawings. The museum's permanent display occupies the second floor, while the ground floor contains Marieda Di Stefano's former ceramics school. The school hosts temporary exhibitions beside the house museum. The glass corner windows upstairs contrast with the former ceramics school downstairs.
