Hochspeicher Freinberg

Hochspeicher Freinberg is an outdoor fitness area at the entrance to Freinbergpark in Linz, Austria. A path connects eighteen workout stations through greenery. Ten stations support strength training, while eight focus on coordination exercises and movement. Pull-up bars, parallel bars, and abdominal benches make the circuit immediately recognizable.

The equipment supports calisthenics, parkour, functional training, bootcamp workouts, and martial arts drills. Sling trainers and obstacles for ninja-warrior practice or pole dancing add specialized challenges. Wood chips cover the ground beneath the stations, cushioning steps during jumps and dynamic movements. The 4fcircle® equipment belongs to Playparc’s all-weather series, designed for use across changing conditions.

Walking between stations adds an endurance element to bodyweight training. You can vary many exercises through your grip, stance, or repetition count. Nearby routes lead through the Freinberg area toward Franz Josef Warte, Schlossmuseum, gardens, and chapels. A full-body session can therefore share the outing with a walk through Linz’s green surroundings.
