Royal United Service Institute for Defence and Security Studies 位於英國倫敦白廳，是一座連結軍事、政府與公共討論的研究機構。建築坐落於宴會廳旁，周圍可見白廳一帶深厚的國家歷史與政治氛圍。

這裡由威靈頓公爵於1831年創立，起初希望保存英國陸軍與皇家海軍的專業知識，並推動軍事與海軍科學研究。1895年，機構遷入現址，研究範圍後來延伸至國際安全、恐怖主義、網絡安全、核武器、金融犯罪與有組織犯罪。軍官、外交官及政策研究者在此交流，研究成果也透過《RUSI Journal》、書籍、講座和研討會向外發表。

館內設有專門收藏國防與安全文獻的公共圖書館，讓軍事思想與歷史資料留在白廳之中。最早的《RUSI Journal》於1857年出版，至今仍是這段學術傳統的一個具體見證。
