Villa Tivan is an eighteenth-century Venetian villa in Carpenedo, Venice, set between the Terraglio and Via Borgo Pezzana. A tree-lined avenue leads through its public garden towards the compact three-storey main house.

The façade has nine sections, decorative pilasters, seven upper windows and a triangular pediment with corner statues. A four-arched portico extends from the west side, while a chapel dedicated to the Holy Trinity stands at the southeast corner. The Pezzana family built that chapel in 1734, and its marble Trinity group is attributed to Giuseppe Torretti. The grounds also contain a former stable, a greenhouse and a later annex, surrounded by a historical park covering about two hectares. Pezzana, Marin and Tivan ownership shaped the complex before it entered public ownership after the Second World War.

A major restoration in 2007 repaired the roof, strengthened the structures, renewed the plaster and replaced floors using traditional materials. Today, the garden offers a green setting close to Mestre’s urban roads, with the chapel providing the most distinctive detail: a small building facing the Terraglio and holding a carved marble representation of the Trinity.
