Böfinger Schlössle stands in Böfingen, a district of Ulm, Germany, as a historic architectural landmark. The patrician Löw built this robust late Renaissance structure in 1587.

Earlier history surrounds the site: Böfingen’s former castle was destroyed around 1376, while Alamannic settlements and burial grounds date from about 400 to 700 AD.
