Chiesa di Sant'Agostino is a church in Italy whose medieval origins remain visible through later architectural layers. It first appears in records from the eleventh century. In 1551, the building passed to the Discalced Augustinians and took its dedication to Saint Augustine. Its seventeenth-century form created a three-nave church beside a square cloister lined with arcades. Eighteenth- and nineteenth-century alterations changed the convent, while the former cloister has largely disappeared.

Inside, an early sixteenth-century votive fresco shows the Madonna and an angel looking downward. Their lowered gazes suggest that the lost lower section once portrayed the Child. Workers rediscovered the panel in 1716, and it has rested since 1861 beside the second altar on the left. Air raids in December 1942 and July 1943 damaged the roof, windows and ceilings, with partial repairs underway by June 1944. A funerary monument to Cassiano dal Pozzo and an organ recorded in the church from 1807 add further traces of its long interior history.
