Barbarakirche stands in Unterjesingen, Germany, as a late Gothic church dating from the second half of the fifteenth century. Its long nave leads towards a three-sided eastern choir. A sturdy north tower carries a later octagonal stage, an eight-sided spire, a clock, and bells. Tracery windows brighten the south and west sides.

Inside, a net vault spans the choir and rests on ten consoles carved with apostle busts. A crucifix from around 1500 marks the chancel arch. Another crucifix, made in 1721, hangs on the north wall as a Baroque detail. Earlier churches occupied this ground from at least the eleventh century. Records identify Saint Barbara as patron in 1360, while the building later passed among monasteries and noble families. The Reformation made the church Protestant in 1534.

Restorations in 1894 and 1964 altered the fabric, while later work recovered elements of its Gothic character. Architect Heinrich Dolmetsch designed the north portal during the 1894 restoration. A William Sweetland organ from 1896 arrived in 2009, placing a nineteenth-century voice beneath the medieval vault.
