Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pino rises with a restrained neoclassical façade and a yellow masonry tower on the right. Its octagonal form survives from the previous church, while balustrades with floral finials line the cornice. A clock, bells and a small lighthouse-shaped dome complete the view above the roofline.

Construction began in 1760 and ended in 1767, with Diego Nicolás Eduardo and engineer Antonio de la Rocha involved in the design. Clay soil and unstable ground required repeated interventions, after an earlier replacement building had already appeared in 1600. The protected cultural monument became the first Marian temple on the islands to receive basilica status from the Holy See.

Inside, five altarpieces present local Rococo, while paintings cover the walls, including the twentieth-century lienzo de ánimas. Traces of the earlier single-nave church, an espadaña bell frame and its baptismal font remain. Pilgrims gather throughout the year, with larger crowds surrounding the main feast on 8 September.
