Villa Stülpnagel is a heritage-listed residential building in Potsdam’s Nauener Vorstadt district, with late-classical features. Its façade rises one and a half storeys above a raised base. A flat hipped roof and street-facing loggia give the building its formal outline. Ionic columns support a triangular pediment above the broad staircase to the front garden.

Built in 1874 and 1875, the residence began as a single-storey house for Auguste Julitz. Ernst Julitz designed and owned it at that time. Berlin merchants and a bookseller later held the property before Ferdinand Wolf von Stülpnagel moved in. He purchased the house in 1933 and commissioned Estorff and Winkler to add a half-storey. After 1945, Soviet military counterintelligence used the property as a command centre. Following the withdrawal of Russian forces in 1994, a Stülpnagel family member reacquired and restored it.

The south entrance has a double-leaf panelled door decorated with rosettes. Pilasters, cornices, and ornamental acroteria frame the windows and doors.
