Jardin Atlantique is a public park in Paris’s 15th arrondissement, built above Gare Montparnasse railway station. The gardens cover 3.4 hectares, seventeen metres above street level. Twelve pillars support the elevated landscape, while broad ventilation shafts carry departing-train announcements upward. Brun, Penna and Schnitzler designed the park, which opened in 1994 with references to Brittany and Atlantic travel.

Maritime details shape the walkways: lampposts resemble sailing masts, and raised paths suggest ship bridges among office buildings. The elevated setting turns a railway roof into a deck-like promenade. At its centre, the Isle of the Hesperides holds Fontaine des Hesperides, created by sculptor Jean-Max Llorca. A thermometer, anemometer and water jets give the fountain an observable weather-station character.

On the eastern side, themed gardens bring together aquatic plants, coastal vegetation and a secluded meditation garden. A small museum honours Philippe Leclerc de Hauteclocque and the armoured division that first entered Paris during its liberation in August 1944.
