Hôtel d'Ecquevilly, also called Hôtel du Grand Veneur, is a historic townhouse in Paris's third arrondissement. Rue du Grand-Veneur reveals its façade and hunting-inspired bas-reliefs. It remains one of the Marais's last great townhouses, with seventeenth-century features still visible.

Built in 1637, the property gained an eastern garden reaching the Charles V rampart under Claude de Guénégaud. Louis Boucherat later commissioned André Le Nôtre. His design included an orangery, while Vincent Hennequin added the entrance cartouche after acquiring the house in 1733. That cartouche records the new name and the alterations.

After confiscation during the French Revolution, Joseph Seurrat de Guilleville acquired it in 1795, beginning another chapter. The Franciscan Sisters of Sainte-Elisabeth occupied it until 1901. The building later housed a central depot, exhibition halls for Jacob Delafon, and Emmanuel Perrotin's gallery from 2014. Historic-monument protection dates from 17 March 1927.
