The Église de la Sainte-Trinité is a Roman Catholic church in Paris's ninth arrondissement, with a Neo-Renaissance facade rooted in French and Italian traditions. Its 65-metre belfry rises from a square base to an octagonal top crowned by a dome. Théodore Ballu designed it during Napoleon III and Baron Haussmann’s transformation of Paris. Construction ran from 1861 to 1867, but full completion and consecration came in 1913.

Inside, the 93-metre nave uses an iron frame, pillars and apostle statues to shape a spacious interior. An elevated choir places the altar among columns representing the Ten Commandments. Nineteenth-century stained glass gathers in the Chapel of the Virgin, while facade sculptures show religious figures and virtues. During the Franco-Prussian War, it became a hospital, then served as a meeting hall during the Paris Commune.

Its musical history includes funerals for Gioachino Rossini and Hector Berlioz. Olivier Messiaen served here as an organist. The interior holds two organs, including a grand instrument renovated several times. That design later inspired Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church in Quebec City.
