The 10. Artikel der Menschenrechte stands in Nuremberg, Germany, between the Germanisches Nationalmuseum buildings, linking Kornmarkt Street with the medieval city wall. Israeli artist Dani Karavan created it as part of the Way of Human Rights. A gate, white concrete pillars, buried forms, and a columnar oak shape this outdoor passage.

The project followed a design competition held in 1988. Thirty pillars define the work: twenty-seven round pillars, two buried pillars, and one columnar oak. Each pillar stands eight metres tall and carries an article from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in German and another language. Monastery remains, the medieval wall, and Sep Ruf buildings from the 1950s and 1960s remain nearby.

Nuremberg received the UNESCO Prize for Human Rights Education in 2001. UNESCO specifically cited this monument for the prize. The site also hosts the Nuremberg International Human Rights Award. A columnar oak stands among the concrete pillars.
