La Rotonde is a residential building in Nice, where Art Deco geometry meets classicist architectural influence. Designed by Georges Dikansky, it rises six floors above a basement and ground floor. Symmetry and geometric forms define its Art Deco language alongside classical references.

Dikansky drew the plans in 1928 after studying at the École spéciale d’architecture in Paris. Construction formed part of a Côte d’Azur real-estate project commissioned by the Société anonyme des constructeurs modernes de la Côte d’Azur. Completed between 1929 and 1930, it arranges spacious apartments around a central staircase. Communal areas include a vestibule, grand staircase, decorative elements and stained-glass windows. The residence became a listed historic monument on 30 July 2001 and carries France’s Patrimoine XXe siècle label.

At the northern end, a rotunda gives the residence its name and rounds the façade. Two belvederes crown the rooftop terrace, adding lookout structures above the residence.
