Mutterturm is a stone tower in Landsberg am Lech, Germany, built by Sir Hubert von Herkomer. Herkomer created it as a family memorial for his mother. Construction lasted from 1884 to 1888, while the building developed into an artist’s house with a distinctive architectural language. Neo-Gothic and Arts and Crafts shape its design.
