Xhamia e Hadum Agës stands in Gjakova, Kosovo, within the area known as the Old Bazaar. Hadum Sylejman Efendia funded its construction in the late sixteenth century. The mosque and minaret mark the place where worship, trade, workshops, inns, and homes shaped Gjakova. Evliya Çelebi recorded thousands of homes around this area.

Inside, a domed prayer hall combines Ottoman-Albanian design with painted walls, a carved mihrab, and a timber gallery. The dome measures about 13.5 metres across. Eleven windows illuminate the hall, while a wooden minber carries painted and carved decoration. Floral, geometric, landscape, and Qur’anic motifs cover the interior in red, blue, green, ochre, grey, and black. The minaret has a stone balcony and monolithic stairs. Fire destroyed much of the surrounding complex in 1999, including its library, religious school, and wooden porch. The mosque and minaret survived the fire. Restoration began in 2000 and ended in 2005.
