St. Sebastian stands in Füssen, Germany, as a Roman Catholic cemetery church beside the old city wall. Its late Gothic choir, Baroque nave, saddle roof, and north tower show several building phases. From the west entrance, the lower choir contrasts with the larger nave and its rounded windows.

Citizens commissioned the original Gothic church around 1500, placing it outside Füssen’s walls before later expansions enclosed it. The old cemetery beside it dates from 1528. After a sacristy appeared in 1685, Johann Georg Fischer rebuilt the nave in 1724. Interior work continued until 1745.

Inside, stucco by Andreas Schmuzer, Anton Metsch, and Joseph Fischer frames frescoes, altars, and a painted organ. Bartholomäus Stapf painted Death playing the organ among the church’s Dance of Death scenes. Outside, Johann Rehlinger’s 1553 epitaph preserves a Renaissance relief of his family in the wall.
