Rezervati Natyror i Menaxhuar Patok- Fushë Kuqe-Ishëm is a managed nature reserve surrounding Patok Lagoon on Albania’s central Adriatic coast.

Patok Lagoon forms a coastal wetland within the reserve. The landscape developed during the Holocene and includes sand barriers, dunes, marshes, and shallow waters. Sand and sediment continue shaping the lagoon’s western edge.

Underwater meadows include Posidonia oceanica, Fucus virsoides, Zostera noltei, and Ruppia spiralis, while reeds line the margins. Phragmites, Typha, and Scirpus grow around wet areas, with salt-tolerant Arthrocaulon and Juncus in northern and southern sections. Western dunes support Tamarix, Konopica Vitex, and Rubus.

Fish, amphibians, reptiles, molluscs, crabs, and insects inhabit the lagoon and surrounding forests, swamps, and canyons. The reserve also includes Caretta turtles and the green turtle, Chelonia mydas. Hiking and cycling routes pass nearby, while restaurants on stilts overlook the lagoon from the shoreline.
