Burgstall im Lohe is a former water castle in Fürth, Germany, with medieval origins and surviving architectural details. Its moat remnants remain beside the eastern wall. A three-storey saddle roof rises above a sandstone ground floor and timber-framed upper storey and gable.

The castle enters documented history in 1399 as a house standing in a pond. It later served Nuremberg patricians as a summer and hunting lodge. Families including the Geuder and Rummel held the property over several centuries. A mayor established a brewery here during the nineteenth century.

The Thirty Years’ War partially destroyed the building, which was renewed in 1663 and extended northwards. Eighteenth-century timber framing was initially plastered over because contemporary tastes considered it old-fashioned. Late twentieth-century renovations exposed the framing again, leaving sandstone, timber, moat remnants, and the eastern wall together.
