Kirche unserer lieben Frau stands in Eggenfelden, Germany, as a Catholic church built in the early Baroque style. Construction ran from 1634 to 1637, after plague devastated the surrounding area. The small market town raised this church as a vow to the Holy Mother of God, seeking protection and offering thanks. A plaque in the presbytery preserves those dates, while Gothic-style blind niches remain visible on the tower. Half-sized windows mark the west wall and the arch leading towards the altar.

Pilgrims soon travelled here, and Franciscan caretakers supported processions and offerings of sheep and candle wax. After the cemetery moved beside the church in 1815, burial became its principal role. The interior preserves early Baroque furnishings, including a 1639 high altar with a crowned Madonna, Saint Sebastian, and Saint Rochus. A 1639 side altar shows the Annunciation, while another from 1642 depicts Mary meeting Elizabeth.

The Strasserkapelle joined the north wall in 1729 and received a Baroque Pietà in 1736. Restored guild staffs and four surviving Passion paintings add further traces of local devotion. Crosses set into the floor mark burial places, while a grave marker honours Franciscan Father Johannes Still, remembered as Eggenfelden’s saviour.
