The Nördlinger Tor rises in Dinkelsbühl, Germany, as a historic gateway within the medieval town wall. Its towers and fortifications face the neighbouring city of Nördlingen. Built in the fourteenth century, the gateway formed part of the defences protecting Dinkelsbühl's old town and its strategic importance. The preserved wall surrounds the medieval centre.

Beside the gateway, the late-fourteenth-century Stadtmühle combines grain milling with the town's defensive system. Renovation brought the 3D Museum into the mill. Anaglyphs, stereograms, and optical illusions let adults, teenagers, and children explore different ways of seeing spatial depth.

Since 2013, the rear part has housed the Dinkelsbühler Knabenkapelle. Gardens around the fortifications have served social purposes since the mid-nineteenth century, with a charitable foundation renting them to socially disadvantaged citizens. Those gardens are rented regardless of religious affiliation.
