Szent László Church rises in Hungary with a bold silhouette, centred on a hexagonal bell tower before the main entrance. Rounded domed turrets and spiral stair towers frame the entrance, while the roof catches the light with nearly seventy brick patterns. Glazed Zsolnay ceramics add vivid colours and flowing shapes across the roof.

Ödön Lechner created the church between 1894 and 1899, combining Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Persian, and Hungarian folk elements. Above the entrances, Miksa Róth’s mosaics show the Resurrected Christ and the Madonna with Child. Angels decorate the arches, while triangular pediments carry the all-seeing Eye of God. Wartime damage and fire later led to careful restoration.

Inside, a 50-metre space holds stone-balustraded balconies, stained-glass scenes of saints, and a pulpit crowned by a lace-like dome. Angels and the twelve apostles surround the pulpit, while the organ above the entrance dates from 1899.
