Villa Korff stands in Bremen’s Schwachhausen district, within the Bürgerpark area and along historic Parkallee. Parkallee took shape in 1890 and contains many listed buildings.

Built in 1903, the villa presents a two-storey plastered structure with gabled roofs, four gables, a veranda, and an octagonal bay window. Its corner gable gives the building a distinct profile. Friedrich Wellermann and Paul Frölich designed the house with garden architect Christian Roselius for petroleum merchant Wilhelm August Korff. The design follows the Neo-Renaissance style in its historic architectural language. Bremen has protected Villa Korff as a monument since 1981, alongside other historic buildings in the city’s architectural landscape. The villa once housed the Bremen State Labour Court. A 2009 renovation restored aspects of its original character, and the recorded uses include apartments, offices, and a daycare. A residential project by Buddhist Center Bremen forms another recorded use. Villa Agathe, the Korff family’s summer residence, stood in Oslebshauser Park as another address associated with the family. The surrounding Parkallee adds further listed architectural buildings.
